FISHJUP - SHIPPING POLICY

1. WHERE WE SHIP

 

At the moment, Fishjup ships exclusively to addresses within the Netherlands. We're not able to deliver orders outside the Netherlands at this time.

 

 

2. WHERE YOUR ORDER SHIPS FROM

 

Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment locations in Germany or France, depending on where your lamp is in stock. Because both countries are within the European Union, your order moves freely across the border with no customs charges or import duties.

 

 

3. SHIPPING OPTIONS

 

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

 

Standard shipping - free, delivered within 4 to 5 business days.

Express shipping - 4,95 euros, insured and delivered within 2 to 3 business days.

 

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the Netherlands, Germany, or France.

 

 

4. WHEN YOUR ORDER SHIPS

 

The delivery times above are counted from the day your order is dispatched, not the day you place it. We aim to hand off orders to the courier as quickly as possible, and we'll email you once your order is on its way.

 

 

5. TRACKING

 

Express shipments are insured and include tracking, so you can follow your delivery on its way to you. Depending on the courier used for standard shipping, tracking information may or may not be available.

 

 

6. DELAYS

 

Occasionally, courier delays, customs checks, or public holidays can add a day or two to the estimates above. If we become aware of a delay affecting your order, we'll reach out to let you know.

 

 

7. DELIVERY ADDRESS

 

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, though we're always happy to help sort things out if this happens.

 

 

8. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

 

If your order doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@fishjup.com and we'll look into it and make things right.
